Every project is unique, and timelines can vary -- but you’ll always receive clear, realistic expectations upfront. My goal is to provide reliable turnaround you can plan around, with work delivered accurately and on time. 

Standard Turnaround

English-language transcription:  typically completed within 5 business days for up to 3 hours of audio or video

Spanish transcription and translation:  typically completed within 7 business days for up to 3 hours of audio or video

Writing, editing, and other projects vary based on length, scope, and complexity, with clear timelines established in advance.

Rush & Expedited Services

If you're working on a tighter timeline, expedited turnaround options may be available based on project scope and current scheduling.

Rush options may include:

• 72-hour turnaround
• 48-hour turnaround
• 24-hour turnaround
• Same-day delivery
• Weekend delivery

Availability is determined on a project-by-project basis.  Please reach out as early as possible to discuss your timeline and receive a quote.  Expedited turnaround and weekend delivery may be subject to additional fees.
